What We Cannot Do
- We cannot place, change, cancel or track orders. GoldRose, operated by Eternal Love Roses Ltd, handles every order, delivery, return and warranty claim through its own store and concierge.
- We do not change a recommendation because a brand or a reader asks us to. We correct pages only when a fact is shown to be wrong.
